Workforce Farm

Workforce Farm is a surreal animation visualizing the rhythmic pace of corporate labour, but also the risk of burnout in an environment where employees are atomized into data output for a vast system.
Created for Pwnisher’s 12th community challenge, the animation follows the format of a four-second animation sequence set to a beat at 120 BPM. Drawing inspiration from Severance, the beat acts as a metaphor for the pressures inherent in high-performance environments, prompting reflection on balance and sustainability within structured systems.
